The E-Stand is a motorised stand rather than a crank stand: it runs off a standard AC outlet and rises on a remote, from 61 inches to 114 inches, carrying up to 33 lb. On a set where a key light needs to move between takes, that removes a two-person job and the risk of dropping a fixture while adjusting it.

The top takes a 1 1/8 inch junior receiver, and a retractable 5/8 inch pin swings through 90 degrees so a fixture can hang horizontally or stand vertically without an extra adapter. The stand weighs 40 lb, which is what keeps it planted at full extension, and it carries a one year warranty.
