The PB-S series is shaped for cine cameras rather than ENG shoulders: shorter than a standard V-Mount brick, so it sits flush against a boxy body instead of hanging past it. The PB-S146S packs twelve 18650 cells for 146Wh and 10.1Ah at 14.4V nominal, about five hours on a 30W camera.

It holds at least 200W and 16A down to 1 percent capacity with over-current protection at 18A. Two D-Tap sockets share a 120W and 10A budget and a USB socket delivers 5V at 2A, so a monitor, a wireless link and a phone can all run off the plate. The OLED display reads remaining percentage, remaining working time and cycle count, and it feeds battery information to the viewfinder on both Sony and RED cameras.
