THE COLLEXION is the luxury expression of Sony's 1000X series. Crafted metal accents and soft vegan leather replace the usual plastics, and a bespoke 30 mm driver, tuned in co-creation with mastering engineers, is voiced for balanced lows and a wide, rich presentation. Response runs 4 Hz to 40 kHz on the cable, with LDAC over Bluetooth.

Noise cancelling uses the same adaptive processor-and-microphone approach as the 1000X flagships, optimising in real time. The closed design weighs about 320 g, sensitivity is 103 dB/mW at 48 ohms on the wire, and battery life is up to 16 hours of talk time with noise cancelling on or 20 hours off. Black or white.
