Sennheiser i42TL-S Gooseneck Microphone System
The i42TL-S is a table-stand gooseneck microphone system built around Sennheiser's ME 35 capsule, set up for installations that use a lightring status indicator. The ME 35 is a super-cardioid pre-polarized condenser that stays tight on the talker and rejects the room and nearby seats, giving a live conference system solid gain-before-feedback margin while keeping speech clear. Its response runs 50 to 20,000 Hz with low self-noise.
The ME 35 and windscreen mount on an MZH 3042L gooseneck seated in an MZTX 30L table stand, terminated in a 5-pin XLR so the extra pins can drive a lightring for talk/mute indication. It runs on standard 12 to 48 V phantom power.
