Sennheiser HS1-5-3 Headworn Microphone Frame

The HS 1-5-3 is the headworn frame of Sennheiser's HeadMic system, supplied without a capsule so you can build the microphone around whichever modular element the job calls for. It accepts the Sennheiser ME 102 omnidirectional, ME 104 cardioid, or ME 105 super-cardioid capsules, letting one lightweight frame cover close-talk speech, theater, and presentation work.

An integrated KA 100 cable runs from the frame and ends in unterminated pigtails, so it can be wired to whatever connector your transmitter or wiring scheme requires. The frame is finished in beige to sit discreetly against lighter skin tones and hair. Because the capsule is not included, the mic's sound and pickup pattern are set by the ME element you pair with it.
