Sachtler System Cine 30 EFP CF MS

The 3013 is Sachtler's Cine 30 EFP CF MS package, built around the Cine 30 fluid head on carbon fibre 2-stage legs with a mid-level spreader. It carries 3 kg to 32 kg (6.61 lb to 70.55 lb) on a 150 mm bowl. Balance and damping are stepped rather than continuous: 18 counterbalance steps + Boost Button and 7 + 0 drag settings on each axis, so a rig can be matched exactly and then repeated on the next shoot. Tilt runs 90° to -75° with 15 cm (5.91 in) of travel to find the balance point.

Set up it works between 77 cm to 173 cm (30.31 in to 68.11 in), and folds to 95 cm (37.4 in) for transport. The complete system weighs 12.2 kg (26.9 lb). Levelling is by an illuminated level bubble. Sachtler rates the head from -40°C to 60°C (-40 °F to 140 °F), so the fluid does not thicken in the cold.
