Sachtler Video 25 Plus

The Video 25 Plus (2500P) is a Sachtler fluid head from the Video range, rated for 8 kg to 35 kg (17.64 lb to 77.16 lb), on a 150 mm bowl. It gives 18 steps and 7 + 0 drag settings on pan and tilt, which is what lets a shouldered camera start and stop a move without the head fighting it. Tilt runs 90° to -70°.

The camera mounts on a touch & Go plate 16 plate with 11 cm (4.33 in) of sliding range to set the centre of gravity. Sachtler supplies 2 pan bars (telescopic, Pan bar Plus) on a ⌀ 18/22/32 mm attachment. Levelling is by an illuminated level bubble. The head weighs 5.7 kg (12.57 lb) and is rated from -40°C to 60°C (-40 °F to 140 °F). In the box: Video 25 fluid head with two pan bars Plus and one camera plate Touch & Go 16.
