Sachtler C.O.G. Plate

The C.O.G. Plate (1063) is Sachtler's camera plate for the aktiv12T, aktiv14T, aktiv16T, aktiv18T, FSB 16T, FSB 18T, DV 12, Video 15, Video 18, Video 20 and Video 25 Plus to compensate Sachtler Camera Plate for front / backheavy cameras fluid heads. The plate has to match the head: the C.O.G. interface is what the head's own clamp is cut for, and a plate from another Sachtler family will not seat in it.

It measures length 15 cm (5.91 in), and weighs 0.345 kg (0.76 lb). Keeping a second one built to a camera is the quickest way to swap bodies on a head without rebalancing from scratch.
