The XT-S series is ProX's F31 single tube: one 2 inch (50 mm) aluminium chord with a conical connector on each end, drawn from EN-AWT6 6082 alloy at a 0.079 in (2 mm) wall. It is the simplest thing in the truss catalogue and the most used - the straight run between two corner blocks, the vertical in a totem, the spacer that makes a design come out square. Every segment ships with one connecting hardware set, so a length arrives ready to pin.

The conical connector is the same system as the rest of the ProX line and mates with most other makers' truss of the same size and connector type, which matters when a rental house's stock is mixed. Welding is TUV certified, and ProX's fitment tolerances are tight enough that segments pin together with a small hammer instead of persuasion.
