Pliant CB2-2400
The CB2 BaseStation is the hub of Pliant's CrewCom wireless intercom system, a 2-channel base that pairs with CrewCom radio packs over 900 MHz (CB2-900) or 2.4 GHz (CB2-2400). In normal mode it supports up to 6 radio packs per base, and switching to High Density mode raises that to 16; linking two CB2 systems together doubles either figure again.
The base station wires into existing house intercom over 2-wire and 4-wire connections, and adds a front-panel headset monitor station, stage announce output and relay, and Aux In/Out for routing into a larger production audio system. Front-panel USB ports handle radio pack pairing and firmware updates, an external 2 dBi omni-directional antenna ships with the unit, and a sync input links multiple CB2 or CrewCom systems into one network.
