Porta Brace HB-15 Shoulder Strap

The HB-15 is Porta Brace's shoulder strap in black Cordura nylon - the part that decides whether a loaded camera bag is carryable for a whole day or only for the walk from the car. Cordura is the same abrasion-resistant weave Porta Brace build their cases from, so the strap wears at the same rate as the bag it is on rather than fraying out first.

It is a straightforward replacement or spare: a strap goes missing far more often than a case does, and a bag with no strap is a box. At 0.37 lb it adds nothing meaningful to a kit, and it is worth keeping one in the truck for the day somebody's original does not come back from a location.
