Panasonic AV-HLC100 Live Production Center
The AV-HLC100 combines a 1ME video switcher, a PTZ camera controller, and an audio mixer in a single chassis, so one operator can run camera moves, program switching, and the audio mix while streaming a live event. A built-in 3D joystick drives pan, tilt, and zoom on connected PTZ cameras, and a built-in titler adds lower thirds without an external character generator.
Inputs are flexible: four 3G-SDI or three SDI plus one HDMI can be selected, alongside eight channels of IP input compliant with NDI and NDI HX. Outputs include two 3G-SDI, one HDMI, one NDI, and one RTMP stream. The audio mixer draws eight sources from the IP, embedded, line, and microphone inputs. The switcher handles 1080/59.94p and 1080/50p with cross-conversion between 1080p, 1080i, and 720p, and streams directly to YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, and custom RTMP destinations with no external encoder.
