ProTek Prime is the higher of the two coverage levels Vizrt lists for a TriCaster Mini 4K UHD. On a 4K Mini the failure modes tend to be less obvious than on an HD one - throughput, drivers, storage - which is the sort of thing that gets solved a lot faster with the manufacturer's engineers on the call.

ProTek is Vizrt's support and coverage programme for TriCaster live production systems, giving round-the-clock access to Vizrt's support team, response-time targets graded by how badly the issue is hurting you, software maintenance, and hardware replacement handling.
