NETGEAR APS550W Modular Power Supply Unit for M4300 PoE+ Switches
The M4300-28G-PoE+ and M4300-52G-PoE+ ship with one power supply and an empty second bay. The APS550W is what goes in that bay. Adding it does two things at once: it gives the switch a redundant supply, so a dead PSU or a dead circuit does not take the AV network down with it, and it raises the PoE budget the switch can actually hand out to cameras, panels and access points.
Output is up to 575W at 110/220V AC on a 100 - 240V AC input, with a 54V DC rail rated 10.95A plus a 12V standby rail. Fit it to the GSM4328PA or GSM4352PA and the pair share the load, so neither is running at its limit in normal operation. This is a NETGEAR module, not a generic supply, and it hot-swaps into the chassis.
