NETGEAR APM414V 4-Port 25G SFP28 Interface Card for M4350-16M4V
The M4350-16M4V takes its uplinks from a removable interface card, and the APM414V is the one it leaves the factory with: four SFP28 cages running 25G, or 10G when the far end is not there yet. Buying it separately is what you do when a card needs replacing, when a spare belongs in the rack for a live event, or when a chassis that was reconfigured with copper or opticalCON uplinks has to go back to standard fiber.
SFP28 is the reason a 16-port AV switch can sit at the edge of a serious video network: four 25G uplinks give a 2.5G PoE++ access layer far more headroom than it can fill, which is what keeps uncompressed and lightly compressed AV over IP streams from contending on the way out of the room. The card mounts in the M4350-16M4V modular slot and swaps out for the APM414C copper card or the opticalCON variants when the venue is wired differently.
