The Fiber Bridge 5 splits a single Neutrik opticalCON MTP 12 trunk cable into 5 individual OpticalCON Duo pairs plus a LAN connection, and works the same way in reverse, combining 5 camera fiber runs back into one trunk cable for the long haul between a stage and a control room. That means only one heavy trunk cable needs to run the real distance, with the individual camera-facing fiber runs branching out only at each end.

A 12V DC power connector runs the unit, and the 1U-width chassis (48cm wide, 4.5cm tall) fits a standard rack shelf or road case insert at FOH or in a truck. It is the breakout half of a multi-camera fiber deployment built around Middle Things' Camera Box and Fiber Dispatch products at the far end.
