Martin VDO Sceptron 40 Lens Array Narrow, 320 mm
A bare VDO Sceptron throws 120 by 120 degrees, which is right for a wash and wrong for a beam. The Lens Array Narrow puts a lens over each pixel of a VDO Sceptron 40 and pulls that output into a much tighter cone, so a run of battens can punch a row of shafts down a wall, through haze or along a ceiling instead of spilling everywhere.
Like the NoBlend fronts, the array is pitch specific: this is the 40 mm version, matched to the 40 mm pixel spacing of the VDO Sceptron 40, in the 320 mm length. It clips on by hand and shares the same clip as every other VDO Sceptron front, so a bar can go from wide wash to narrow beam between cues. The Diffuser/Lens Removal Jaws, P/N 91611836, lift it back off.
