Mackie MCU XT Pro Control Surface Extender

The MCU XT Pro adds a second bank of eight channel strips to an MCU Pro, each with a 100 mm motorized, touch-sensitive fader and an assignable V-Pot above it. That is the difference between paging through banks and having a whole drum kit or a whole string section under your hands at once, without changing anything about how the surface is operated.

It chains to the MCU Pro over standard 5-pin MIDI, connecting the extender's MIDI OUT to the MIDI IN on the next unit. Up to three XT Pros can hang off one MCU Pro, for 32 faders and 32 V-Pots across the desk. The chassis takes the same lexan DAW overlays as the MCU Pro, measures 16.9 x 10.1 x 4.4 inches, and weighs 11.0 lb.
