Leader LV5300A Waveform Monitor

The LV5300A is Leader's 3U half-rack waveform monitor with a 7-inch full-HD touchscreen built in. From a single unit it locks to SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI and 12G-SDI single link plus 4K 3G dual link, and shows the signal as waveform, vector, picture, audio and eye-pattern displays. Eye-pattern and jitter measurement of the physical layer, up to 12G-SDI, runs on SDI INPUT 1, so quality control from the shoot to the machine room happens on one screen.

Because it runs on 10 to 18 V DC, the LV5300A works in OB vans and on location where AC is not available, and a V-mount or gold-mount plate (SER11/SER12) turns it into a battery-powered field monitor. Two 75 Ohm BNC SDI inputs feed it, and its toolset expands through Leader's SER options: 4K and 12G handling (SER28), HDR (SER23), the CIE chromaticity diagram (SER22), audio analysis (SER20) and the customizable layout (SER26). Note that the GST90A-12 AC adapter is not included.
