The Kramer KDS-17EN-SW2 is a 4K60 4:4:4 AVoIP encoder with a 2x1 switcher built in, so two sources at the same position share one encoder and one network drop instead of needing two of each.

That matters in a meeting room or a lectern where a resident PC and a guest laptop both have to reach the system: the switch happens locally and only one stream leaves the room. Latency is sub-frame and Dante carries audio as an independently routable stream. Connections include HDMI, optical SFP+, LAN, RS-232, line audio, IR, and both USB-B 3.1 and USB-C 3.1 host ports.
