Kramer DTAxr-IN2-F16 2-Channel 4K60 HDBaseT Input Card for VS-1616 Matrix Switchers
The DTAxr-IN2-F16 is a two-channel HDBaseT receiver card for Kramer's VS-1616 series modular matrix switchers. It brings two extended-reach twisted-pair runs into the chassis carrying 4K@60Hz 4:2:0 video, analog audio, bidirectional RS-232, Ethernet, and bidirectional IR, and lets you choose per input whether the analog audio is embedded into the HDMI stream or broken out on the same jack.
Reach is the point of the card: up to 100m at 4K, 130m at 2K, and 180m in ultra mode at 1080p 60Hz 24bpp over Kramer HDBaseT cable. The extended Ethernet channel passes up to 100Mbps in both directions for LAN and device control, and RS-232 runs 300 to 115200 baud in both directions so a control system at either end can reach the other. Video is HDCP 1.4 compliant with 3D pass-through, and the card draws 17W from the frame.
