The Kata PL-CC-193 is the small case in the Pro-Light CC series, built to carry a compact camcorder assembled and ready to shoot rather than stripped down into pieces. The 52 x 22 x 22 cm interior takes a body like a Sony PMW-EX1R, Panasonic AG-AF100, Canon XF300, or Sony PMW-F3, or an HDSLR rigged out with a matte box, monitor, and top handle still attached.

The shell is rip-stop nylon over a formed aluminum alloy skeleton, which is how a bag this light still holds its shape when it takes a knock or gets set down hard on gravel. Dual top zippers open the main compartment fast, and movable padded dividers let you wall off batteries, media, and a spare lens so nothing rubs against the camera body in transit. Exterior dimensions are 22.44 x 10.24 x 12.20 inches.
