JVC RM-LP5G PTZ Camera Controller
The RM-LP5G is a compact joystick controller for PTZ cameras. It manages up to five cameras with five presets each, using a two-axis joystick for pan and tilt and a zoom bridge for smooth in and out. Four infinitely variable knobs and a 4-color LED multi-screen display make setup and live operation quick, and pan, tilt and zoom speeds are each adjustable across seven steps for the feel a shot needs.
The panel is protocol-flexible, supporting VISCA, UDP and PELCO P/D over RS-422, RS-485, RS-232C and IP, so it drops into mixed camera setups. Serial connections use a 4-pin Phoenix terminal for RS-422/485 and a DB9 for RS-232C, while IP control runs over an RJ-45 jack. Available baud rates are 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 and 38400 bps, and the unit runs on DC 12V.
