JVC KM-IP12S8

The KM-IP12S8 is a high-capacity vMix 4K studio switcher aimed at large productions and live events, pairing eight SDI inputs with up to twelve NDI or SRT inputs. That input count lets a crew run a full complement of cabled cameras alongside networked PTZ and remote contributors, all switched in 4K or high-density HD on one system.

Connectivity is built for busy networks: three 2.5 GbE Ethernet ports carry NDI, SRT, Dante, and RTMPS traffic, with concurrent streaming to three CDNs. The switcher runs multiview, records ISO files of its inputs, and provides single-channel instant replay for highlights and reviews. It is the standard-license sibling to the KM-IP12S8PRO, which adds vMix Pro and eight-channel replay.
