JBL Professional JBL JRX218S Passive 18-inch compact subwoofer

The JRX218S is a compact passive subwoofer built around an M118-4 18-inch woofer with a cast frame and a 3-inch voice coil. It is rated 350 W continuous into 4 ohms, reaches 34 Hz at -10 dB and will make 133 dB at one metre.

The enclosure is 19 mm MDF assembled with structural adhesives and mechanical fasteners and covered in black carpet. Two parallel Neutrik Speakon NL-4 connectors let you loop a second cabinet. JBL recommends 350 W to 700 W of amplifier into 4 ohms; an external amplifier is required.
