Headset foam is the part of a comms system that touches a person, and on a rental or a shared crew set it wears out and needs replacing between jobs rather than between years. These are the factory on-ear foam cushions for the Solidcom C1 headset, 62.1 by 15.6 mm, one gram each.

They come five to a pack, which covers most of a system in one order and lets you hand a fresh cushion to each operator at call. This is the on-ear foam; the leather over-ear cushion HL-C1PRO-HE01 is a separate part for the over-ear headsets.
