Furman PL-8C Classic Series Power Conditioner

The PL-8C runs 9 outlets, 8 on the rear plus 1 front-panel convenience outlet, through Furman's Series Multi-Stage Protection (SMP) for non-sacrificial surge suppression and Linear Filtering Technology (LiFT) for AC noise reduction, backed by Extreme Voltage Shutdown (EVS) that cuts power outside a safe 90-140 VAC range instead of letting a brownout or spike reach the gear plugged into it. Two isolated outlet banks keep noisy components from interfering with sensitive ones sharing the same rack.

Two dimmable, retractable LED lights on the front panel light up a dark rack space without a separate rack lamp, and a rear BNC connector powers an external gooseneck lamp if more light is needed. Three widely spaced outlets accommodate bulky wall-wart transformers without blocking neighboring outlets, and LED status indicators show protection and voltage status at a glance.
