FSR SmartFit 4 in Pour Box with Cover

This is the 4 in SmartFit pour box ordered as a finished assembly: the PVC box that goes in before the concrete, and the cover that goes on after the floor covering. The box is sized for a 3 to 6 in pour, carries oversized 1 in and 1.5 in data hubs so cable keeps its bend radius, and ships with the concrete cap, conduit reducers and hub plugs.

Pick the cover by the floor finish and the metal. C parts are the carpet flange, T parts the tile flange, and each comes in brass, silver or black. The included mounting clips let the cover land directly on the box without an adjustment ring, which is where most of the install time goes on a poured floor.
