FSR DR-EDID2 HDMI EDID Emulator
Most no-image and unstable-image calls are an EDID argument, not a cable fault. The DR-EDID2 ends the argument: it sits inline at either end of the HDMI chain and presents a fixed EDID to the source, so the source stops renegotiating every time a display sleeps or a switcher changes input.
Five EDID files are preinstalled and picked on a rotary switch, and it will learn and store three more from displays already on site. It is passive and hot pluggable with no supply to find, bidirectional so it works whichever way round it is fitted, HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 compatible, and good to 4K UHD 60Hz. A bi-colour LED shows what it is doing.
