FOR.A HVS-100PSM Redundant Power Supply

The HVS-100PSM is the redundant power supply unit for the HVS-100 switcher main unit. It doubles up the power source so a single supply failure will not take the switcher off air, a common requirement for live and broadcast work. The main unit accepts a second AC feed on its rear panel alongside the primary supply.

FOR.A pairs the redundant supply with an enlarged fan and an improved exhaust path, so the extra headroom is added without raising operating noise. The unit is intended for the HVS-100 main chassis; the HVS-100OU control panel and the HVS-110 use their own dedicated redundant supplies.
