Eartec HUB Mini Base Station

The HUB is a mini base station, not a rack frame: it supports up to eight UltraLITE units talking full duplex across a quarter mile in every direction, and it is field programmable so an extra headset can be added to a running system on the spot. Two channels let you split crews onto A and B, or link the whole team with one button press. It runs on DECT, so there is nothing to license.

Power is the useful part. The HUB runs from either its rechargeable lithium battery or an AC wall plug, and the battery is field replaceable. Each HUB ships with a battery and a multi-port charger that fills the HUB battery and UltraLITE headset batteries in individual bays, each bay's LED turning from red to green as that battery finishes. Add the INT interface cable, sold separately, and the same base extends an existing wired intercom.
