Datavideo VoiceTRX50 Voice Tracking Control Interface
The VoiceTRX50 sits between a USB audio mixer and a video switcher and lets the microphones decide the cut. It reads which channel is live on a supported mixer and issues the switch, which is what a two-person podcast or a small studio otherwise pays an operator to do by hand for an hour at a time.
It is configured and controlled from a web browser UI and speaks DVIP, over a single gigabit Ethernet port that also powers it via IEEE 802.3at PoE+. Two HDMI 2.0 outputs run to 3840x2160p60. Supported switchers include the iCast 10NDI series, KMU-100+, SE-650, SE-1200MU and the SE-2600, SE-3200 and SE-4000 series; supported mixers and interfaces include the Allen and Heath CQ12T and CQ18T, Zoom LiveTrak L6, L6 Max, L8 and L12, RodeCaster Pro II, Soundcraft Ui24R, M-Audio Duo and Air 192|14, Tascam US-16X08 and Mixcast 4, and the Behringer UMC404HD.
