Draper Power Supply Switch KS-1

The KS-1 is Draper's key-operated power supply switch: a two-position key switch on a stainless steel cover plate that fits a standard single-gang box, wired so the screen only runs for someone holding a key. Two keys are supplied.

Electrically it is a single-pole, single-throw on-off switch with maintained action, so it stays where it is turned rather than springing back. That makes it the security layer in a classroom, boardroom or any public space where the screen control should not be an open button for anyone walking past. It is UL listed, and it is designed for use with SS-1R, MS-3R and MS-4R controls.
