Crestron CHV-TSTAT-FCU Fan-Coil Heating and Cooling Thermostat
The CHV-TSTAT-FCU is Crestron's wall thermostat for fan coil unit systems. Separate heating, cooling and humidity setpoints can be held at once, with optional automatic changeover between heat and cool, and adjustable anticipators that stop the room overshooting the number on the display. Continuous fan operation can be selected where circulation matters more than energy. Relative humidity control is added by connecting a remote humidity sensor, sold separately.
A large backlit LCD and four pushbuttons give access to indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity readings, setpoints, system mode and fan status, and the setup menus, without a service laptop. It runs perfectly well as a standalone thermostat, and several can be networked over Cresnet into a Crestron system, at which point outdoor temperature sensors and remote humidity sensors feed the whole estate. Setpoint ranges are 38 to 89 degrees F heat only, 59 to 99 degrees F cool only, 38 to 99 degrees F in auto or extended cool. Available in white, black and almond.
