Countryman ISOMAX DBM Stage Microphone

The DBM is what an ISOMAX 2 becomes when the job is a floor rather than a performer. The capsule sits on an adjustable stage mounting plate low enough to work as a footlight microphone, a plant microphone hidden in a set, a podium pickup or a table microphone, and the kit includes the cable reel and the phantom powered preamplifier that terminate it.

Three patterns are stocked. Omnidirectional runs 20 Hz to 20 kHz with 25 dBA equivalent acoustic noise for full range pickup; the directional versions run 50 Hz to 20 kHz at 29 dBA and buy rejection instead of bottom end. All of them take 6 V to 50 V phantom at 4 mA and overload at 150 dB SPL, and black or white lets the plate vanish into the deck it is taped to.
