Clear-Com GN Series Gooseneck Microphone

The GN Series is the plug-in gooseneck condenser microphone Clear-Com specifies for panel talk positions on the Arcadia Central Station and i-Series stations. It gives an operator a fixed, aimed mic at the desk instead of a headset, which is what a producer, a dispatcher or a front-of-house position usually wants during a long call.

The stem terminates in a threaded, locking 3-conductor 1/4in TRS phone plug that seats in the panel jack and stays put, and a foam windscreen ships in the box. Two lengths are stocked: the GN-250-TRS at 25cm for a low profile over a console, and the GN-450-TRS at 45cm when the capsule needs to reach up to a standing operator.
