The Cartoni Mixo 21 is a fluid head from Cartoni's Mixo series, built around the company's fluid-drag counterbalance system. It carries up to 21 kg (46 lbs) and mounts on a 100 mm bowl.

The head itself weighs 3.6 kg (8 lbs). Cartoni backs the Mixo line with a five-year warranty and its own line of pan bars, plates, and counterweights sized for this head.
