Blaze Audio CBL523 Passive Constant Beamwidth Loudspeaker

The CBL523 scales the CBL528's constant beamwidth design down to a smaller footprint, three 2-inch coaxial mid/HF drivers vertically arrayed over two 5-inch LF drivers with acoustic centering. It holds a 160-degree horizontal by 55-degree vertical pattern with response from 55 Hz to 18 kHz, reaching 119 dB max SPL from 160 W of long-term full-range power handling at 4 ohms.

The enclosure is the same 12 mm birch plywood and engineered plastic construction as its bigger sibling, behind a 16-gauge perforated steel grille in a powder-coated finish, and weighs 15 pounds. Mounting hardware, a U-bracket and dual-suspension fly kit, is sold separately, and it ships in black or white for classrooms, meeting rooms, and smaller retail spaces.
