Ashton Bentley Tablebox A flush table-top enclosure

The Tablebox is the connection point Ashton Bentley builds into the table surface itself. It sits flush, opens to a pair of laptop inputs, and takes any combination of two modules: an HDMI cable, a USB-C cable, or the self-winding retractor cassettes that pull those cables back out of sight when the meeting ends. The housing, the retractor mechanism, the power supply and the cable tails all sit below the surface and inside the table leg, so what a user sees is a lid and two connectors rather than a loop of cable coiled on the table.

It assembles and fixes into the furniture without tools or extra parts, which matters on a rollout where the same room is built dozens of times. It ships as standard on Ashton Bentley tables and retrofits into most third-party tables, with an under-table enclosure available to shroud the hardware where the existing furniture has nothing to hide it in. A Touch Panel module can be fitted alongside, giving input selection and colour-coded feedback at the table when the room runs a TX2 Table Hub.
