AJA DRM Rackmount Frame for Mini-Converters

The DRM is AJA's 2RU rackmount frame for Mini-Converters. It has mounting slots for up to twelve converters, though the larger models take two slots each, and it powers all of them from a single universal 100-240V supply through twelve hardwired +5V DC regulated outputs. That replaces a shelf of individual power bricks with one AC feed and a tidy rack space.

The frame's supply delivers 50 watts maximum, so the total draw of the converters you install has to stay under that figure. Check each converter's power consumption before filling every slot, and expect to leave some slots empty in a heavy configuration. Note also that if any of the largest Mini-Converters go in, allow 3RU of rack space rather than 2RU. An optional front cover plate is sold separately.
