Most rooms want the PTZ4K12G-FNDI-X30 overhead and out of the way, which means running it upside down. The CM-PTZ12G is the plate AIDA built for that: a full-metal disc with several anchor points into the ceiling and a frame stiff enough to carry the weight of a 30x head without letting it wander at full zoom.

The kit is complete rather than minimal. Six wall screws and six drywall anchors fix the plate, two mount screws take the camera, an endcap screw closes the camera base, rubber padding sits between the two, and a steel security harness gives you a secondary retention line - which is what a facilities manager will ask about first when a camera hangs over seating. The plate measures 10.75 x 8.75 x 1 inch. Black and white are the same price.
