Yamaha VXS Series Surface-Mount Speaker

The Yamaha VXS series covers surface-mount background music and paging from an ultra-compact 1.5-inch full-range mini speaker up to an 8-inch two-way box, plus matching 3.5-inch and 10-inch subwoofers that add satellite outputs so one amplifier channel can drive both the sub and its paired speakers. The F models (VXS3F) come in a low-impedance 8-ohm version for direct amp drive or a 70V/100V-tap FT version for distributed-line systems, and every subwoofer in the line follows the same split: an S model for low-impedance systems and a ST model built for high-impedance 70V/100V runs.

VXS5 and VXS8 step up driver size for larger rooms while keeping the same shallow, paintable enclosure, and the VXS3S subwoofer uses Yamaha's SR-Bass diaphragm suspension to get low-frequency output out of a cabinet barely bigger than the satellite it pairs with. Every model ships in black or white to match the install.
