Yamaha QL1 Digital Mixing Console
The QL1 is the compact console in Yamaha's QL Series, mixing 32 mono and 8 stereo inputs to 16 mix buses and 8 matrices from a 16-fader surface with a stereo master pair. Dante is built in rather than bolted on: 32 channels in and 32 out at 48 kHz over primary and secondary network ports, with up to eight Rio stage boxes controlled head-amp-and-all from the console.
Onboard processing covers the whole show without outboard racks, with eight effect racks holding 54 programs, eight graphic EQ racks, and Yamaha's Dan Dugan automatic mixing for panel and conference work where nobody is riding faders. The desk stands 18.4 inches wide and weighs 32.4 lb, and it accepts the RK1 rack mount kit if the mix position is a rack rather than a table.
