Williams AV Power supply for CHG 3512

The TFP 037 is the universal switching supply for the Williams AV CHG 3512 and CHG 3512 PRO charging bays. Its input accepts 100 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, so the same part works on a US bench and on a European one, and it puts out 5 VDC.
