Whirlwind XCHECKER Balanced Line Cable Checker

The Xchecker is a portable checker for common balanced audio lines. The tester carries a female XLR and the terminator carries a male XLR, so both connect directly to XLR wiring without adapters.

Because it is a two-piece design, one half goes at each end of an installed run, which lets you check permanent cabling up to 500 ft long from either end. It tests for inter-wire shorts, open conductors, non-standard wiring and intermittent conditions. An XLR cable is not included.
