TRUSST QT-Goal Goal Post Truss Kit

The QT-Goal is a freestanding goal-post truss system for hanging lights, a backdrop, or a drape behind a stage or a DJ booth. It builds from numbered sections with pre-labeled connections and quick-release pins, so it goes up and comes down in minutes without tools and without guessing which piece goes where - which is the difference between a truss kit a solo operator will actually use and one that stays in the trailer.

Assembled it stands 11.2 feet wide by 7.7 feet tall with a 9.9 x 7 foot internal opening, and it can be built at a lower 5.5-foot height for rooms with a ceiling. Load rating is 595 lb evenly distributed and 243 lb at the centerpoint - well beyond a normal bar of moving heads. The 35 mm aluminum tube has a 5 mm wall and 8 mm diagonal bracing, which keeps it light and corrosion resistant; the whole kit weighs 98 lb with base plates measuring 43.3 x 10.7 x 1.5 inches. Chauvet's CLP-35HC clamp fits the 35 mm tube for hanging fixtures.
