Tightrope Cablecast CBL-LIVE-330-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

CBL-LIVE-330-HA is the annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast Live streaming server (CBL-LIVE-330). The first three years of coverage are included with the server, and this contract extends that hardware protection past the initial term.

Assurance can be carried up to five years total. Years four and five must be purchased before the existing warranty expires, and buying them with the original system earns a 25 percent discount. A Live encoder is often the only path a channel has to the web, so keeping it under continuous coverage guards against an unplanned outage.
