The AB-2 is a universal mounting bracket that gets a half-wave antenna up, out, and away from the receiver so a wireless microphone system has a clean line of sight to the transmitters. It is built for ground-independent half-wave antennas in the FA-XX and CLA-X families, and the included ten-foot coax cable lets you remote the antenna to a wall, a truss, or another structure where reception is strongest.

The kit ships with the bracket, the ten-foot 50-ohm coax lead, and a male-to-male TNC adapter so the run can be extended with additional coax when the antenna needs to sit farther from the rack. The same bracket can also clamp a half-wave antenna onto a standard microphone stand for a quick front-of-house or portable setup.
