Teradek Prism Multi-Output License
Out of the box a Prism encoder is built to push one program out to one place. The Multi-Output License changes that math: once it's installed, the same encoder can fan the same encode out to as many as five destinations at once - say, a primary CDN, a social restream, and an on-prem recorder, all from a single camera-back box instead of a rack of separate encoders.
Each of those five outputs gets its own destination and delivery settings, so one leg can go out as RTMP to a platform while another rides SRT to a control room, but all five share the same core encode - resolution, bitrate, audio, and codec are set once and apply across every output. The full five-stream count needs Prism firmware 2.21 or later; on 2.20 the cap is two streams. It applies to Prism encoders across the line and is a one-time, perpetual purchase activated from the device's web UI.
