Tascam US-1x2HR USB Audio Interface

The US-1x2HR is a two-in, two-out USB interface with one balanced XLR microphone input and one TRS line input that also takes a guitar directly. It records at up to 192 kHz and 24-bit, which is more headroom than most single-mic sessions need but costs nothing to have.

Bus power over USB-C means no adapter on a laptop setup, and the built-in loopback function plus OBS support make it straightforward to route computer audio back into a stream. Mic input impedance is 2.4 kohms, line output impedance is 100 ohms, the connection is USB 2.0 high speed, and the unit draws 1.8 W.
